Q: What days of the week should we book for arrival and departure?

A: Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, but if we are able to accommodate guest requests for different arrival days, we will where possible. Check in is after 4pm, check out by 10am. 

 

Q: What do I need to secure my booking?

A: A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay will need to be paid to secure your booking. The final balance will be payable 8 weeks before arrival. Failure to ensure that such payment reaches us by this date may result in the cancellation of the holiday. A damage deposit of £250 will be returned after departure, subject to any damage. 

 

Q: What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

A: It is recommended that you take out insurance to protect the risk of cancellation from the time of booking. In the event you need to change your dates, we will make every effort to accommodate your request at no charge, as long as enough notice is given, and your chosen dates are available. 

In the event of guest cancellation, if more than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday: 25% of the total amount will be retained; cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks inclusive before the start of the holiday: 50% of the total amount will be retained; cancellation within 4 weeks of the start of the holiday: 100% of the total amount will be retained; If the guest fails to show up without notice, no refund will be given.

 

Q: Is this a pet friendly holiday home?

A: We love animals, and know that they are a well-loved part of the family, therefore we allow guests to bring their pets to Cinq Vignes. There are two acres of grounds for your furry friends to explore, but please note that although there is a fence around the perimeter, if your pet has a tendency to explore, you will need to keep an eye on them. Our neighbours also have chickens, geese and sheep so your dogs must be under control at all times. We ask that all dog waste is removed upon departure, and that you use the blankets provided to keep the furniture clean. All animals you intend to bring with you must be listed in the booking request, and approved by us.
